I weighed myself this morning and I was down 2.5 lbs. I was pretty surprised by this because I haven't been doing much in the way of exercise. I know that the first couple of days I really cut my calories and fat way back - but that wasn't hard to do, considering what I'd been eating up until that point. Still, yesterday was a bad day food-wise. I'm going to go track it, though. Tracking helps, and I swore to myself that I'd track everything these first two weeks so I'm going to do it.
