OK, so, I started using Spark People again yesterday. I'm not doing anything drastic -- just trying to stay under about 1800 calories a day, tracking what I eat, and trying to drink water. Nothing fancy, just trying to refocus my energies on health and wellness and hoping some weight loss comes in there somewhere.

I've really put taking care of ME on the back-burner lately, and I'm just tired of it. It's time I really began turning this life around. I have six months to prove to myself that come what may with The Man, I can take care of things myself -- starting with my body, and my health. (Of course, I'm using some *motivation* from him along the way - but that's neither here nor there. LOL)
