Forget Regret

So, here's my plan

*Try to stay around 2000 calories each day
* NO FAST FOOD (Subway doesn't count.)
* Cut out as much sugar as I can - mainly high fructose corn syrup
* Try to move as much as possible - paying attention to my body's signals and not pushing, but getting off the couch as much as possible. Even just walking Bailey a little further each day. I've begun taping the Namaste Yoga on FitTV each day - I'll try to do some of that each night but they go a little beyond what I can do -- the important thing to remember is to LISTEN TO MY BODY. I would love to get back to the 10,000 steps thing but we'll get there eventually.
* 64 oz of water or more each day.
* No beef. No pork. Chicken and fish are it meat wise. Otherwise, lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc. Mom is on board with this for the most part, too, I think. Hopefully the job situation will hold up and I will be able to continue to buy groceries. ;)

One day at a time. Oh, and journaling - somehow - what I'm eating each day. If I do it here then I'll put it behind a cut.

So, that's what I've got going on.
